Job: Accountant, ACCA or ACA, Newbury, Berkshire

Accountant; ACCA or ACA; Newbury; Up to £32K

An exciting position for a Qualified (or Finalist) ACCA or ACA accountant to join a friendly, well established and growing firm of Chartered Accountants near Newbury.

Ideally our clients are looking for an accountant with at least 3 years practice experience in a small firm to join their busy team. You will need to be enthusiastic, motivated and have excellent communication and client facing skills.

Although at first you will work directly for a partner, you will be expected to eventually take over your own portfolio of clients.

Ideal Skills:
- ACCA or ACA (or finalists)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- IT Literate with accountancy software experience
- Knowledge of Tax and VAT
- Experience working within a small practice
- Enthusiastic and motivated
